Leah, enjoys running, being outdoors, and challenging herself physically by teaching or attending group fitness classes. She has a passion for nutrition and wellness and helping her client's to see the positive impact of a healthy lifestyle. She loves helping her clients to find exercise they enjoy and healthy eating habits they learn to love! At the Shwellness center, she provides nutrition counseling, health coaching and exercise training. She specializes in providing medical nutrition therapy for disease prevention.

Breana's interest for fitness began at a young age. She played volleyball throughout high school and this is where she learned that dedication and hard work are key to achieving goals. Through her education and personal experiences, she developed a passion for guiding others to setting and reaching their health and wellness goals.

Brad’s passion for exercise and nutrition started at a young age when he built an interest in strength training. He strives to help individuals find realistic, enjoyable means of incorporating fitness and nutrition into their lives to promote optimal health. Personally, he enjoys strength training in the gym as well as getting outside to run and bike.

By participating in the on demand classes, the participant understands that although the on demand classes are designed to provide a safe level of beneficial exercise and enjoyment, there is an inherent risk that use of such services, and programs may result in personal injury or death or property loss or damage. Therefore, the participant hereby releases, waives, and indemnify, and hold the Club, its owners, employees, and affiliates harmless from, any and all claims, or actions I may have in connection with such injury, death, or loss.

Our Registered Dietitians and Nutrition Coaches have curated a complimentary cookbook collection that is widely utilized throughout our Nutrition programming. Each cookbook provides recipes that are high in nutrients, low in unhealthy fats and sugars, and use fresh, whole ingredients. Included is information on the nutritional value of each recipe, as well as tips for meal planning and healthy eating. to improve your diet and overall health.
