Prior to joining LifeStart, Jenna was a fitness studio manager and has 7 years NCAA coaching (cross country/track & field) experience. As a former collegiate runner combined with obtaining her Master's degree in Exercise Science, she has a strong passion for health and wellness. She loves being active, whether that is running, biking, lifting, or going hiking. Jenna hopes to inspire you to achieve optimal health and take advantage of being a part of a community to reach your goals.
