Cindy’s knowledge and clientele is vast and includes working private training, corporate fitness, clinical settings (physical therapy,
internal medicine clinic, athletic training facilities & arenas).

Expertise and experience includes: • Improving mobility and posture • Sport specific training for athletes at all levels (D1
collegiate training, Olympic level focus training, & Curious new athlete) • Exercise rehabilitation

Cindy graduated from San Diego State University, BS in Athletic Training.

With over 21 years of experience as a certified personal trainer, he is dedicated to transforming lives through fitness.

Certified in corrective exercise, nutrition, personal training, and mental wellness through the National Academy of Sports Medicine.
