Colin Walsh
Health Club director

With over three years of personal training experience, Colin has worked with a wide array of clients, from Division I athletes at his college internship to clients returning to exercise following surgery. Colin believes that everyone is an athlete, and his approach to fitness is to get you to move well, move under load, and to move quickly and explosively. It's this approach to fitness that he believes will help you feel, move, and look your best, no matter what stage of life you are in. Colin lives by the idea that prioritizing your health first will improve other aspects of your life that are important to you. Colin draws fulfillment by helping his clients create a sustainable approach to fitness and include it into their busy, on-the-go lifestyle.

Gregory has 20 years’ experience in the fitness industry. He started his career working in physical therapy as an aide, ventured over to exercise physiology, and ended up running fitness facilities for the last decade. The human mind and body connection has been a passion of Gregory’s since a young age. Gregory has a very versatile training skill set and has spent years working with clients who have joint issues and muscular imbalances. Gregory loves teaching classes, so if you are interested in high intensity conditioning or strength training, come join him for an experience to remember!
