He continued to grow his experience as a Behavior Change Specialist and Group fitness instructor for popular gym franchises. He has been in the fitness industry for over a decade and stays up to date on research related to indigestion, sleep, pain and focus. He enjoys helping clients improve their lifestyle, habits, health and wellbeing. Anthony uses EEGs, VR headsets, and a variety of other tools to program engaging fitness regimens. Anthony brings these tools to EG Wellbeing along with his diverse background to offer a unique approach to making yourself a better person in the gym and in life.
