Rachel loves working with people who are focused on health and longevity. She holds an M.S. in Nutrition and Exercise Physiology. After working in hospital dietetics, Rachel decided to use her skills for disease prevention and management. Her expertise lies in nutrition education and counseling, Post-rehab training, Injury prevention, and those seeking beginner to advanced levels of fitness. “Nutrition and exercise programs should be designed considering someone’s health status, activity level, interests, goals, and lifestyle.” She helps create a plan you can incorporate into your busy schedule, reach your goals, and enjoy the process. Through support, accountability, and expertise, Rachel helps clients improve their health and wellbeing. Rachel enjoys jogging, bouldering, and dancing. She is an Aerialist, lover of pastries, dogs, and avid Netflix binger.

In addition to personal training, Robert is also a Weightlifting Coach, and NASM certified Behavior Change Specialist. Through accountability and guidance, he helps clients prioritize their health and well-being. Robert works with a diverse range of clientele that includes but is not limited to; weight loss, special populations, muscle and strength gaining, sport specific training for athletes, and those with general fitness needs. No matter what your goal is, Robert is diversified in program design, and committed to building you a plan that fits your individual needs. Fitness being an integral part of his life, Robert believes working out should be both fun and challenging. Anthony started his fitness journey as a competitive collegiate rower for the Military Academy. After a devastating shoulder and hip injury, he tried to identify the style of coaching that contributed to that injury. This spurred his interest in fitness training for Injury prevention. Anthony became certified with NASM and began working with clients on corrective exercise and injury rehab. He continued to grow his experience as a Behavior Change Specialist and Group fitness instructor for popular gym franchises. He has been in the fitness industry for over a decade and stays up to date on research related to indigestion, sleep, pain and focus. He enjoys helping clients improve their lifestyle, habits, health and wellbeing. Anthony uses EEGs, VR headsets, and a variety of other tools to program engaging fitness regimens. Anthony brings these tools to EG Wellbeing along with his diverse background to offer a unique approach to making yourself a better person in the gym and in life.

Brigit studied at Mueller College of Holistic Studies, San Diego, CA, achieving their highest degree of Holistic Health Practitioner in 2004. She studied both Eastern and Western massage practices, some of which include Swedish, Deep Tissue, and Acupressure. Her goal for clients is to help them achieve balance and well-being. Years of experience allow her to focus on the client's core goals, and release tension and stress held in both the body and mind. Working together with the client, Brigit helps create harmony with body, mind and spirit.

Holly studied yoga and massage in India for one year and has been a dedicated therapist and instructor for 13 years. She has taught in Spain, Portugal, India, South Korea, Mexico, Costa Rica, and several cities in the USA. Holly brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to her classes and has a passion for blending the physical, emotional, and spiritual benefits in every class. Holly also has certifications in Shamanic Healing (with Ylva Radziszewski and Katy Pavlis), Massage Therapy (Cortiva Institude School of Massage), Reiki, Somatic Experiencing and an MA in Counseling.
